Fletcher Homes is an independent house building firm, established in the county of Shropshire. Building new build homes since 1940, we offer a wide range of properties in Shropshire and the surrounding counties, across our beautiful developments set in rural locations.
Every home we build is different from the last. We love the personality of our hometown of Shrewsbury, combining our knowledge of the best town centres throughout the county with rural, peaceful countryside. To complement this, we use rustic materials and heritage colours that fit perfectly with the beautiful scenery. Since our establishment we have taken this passion and eye for detail into neighbouring counties outside Shropshire, including Herefordshire and in Mid Wales. We provide affordable, spacious, and sustainable homes that are filled with character. We’re always looking for new ways to achieve high levels of energy efficiency, by embracing new innovations and construction techniques. Our vision is to expand our company to improve the service our customers receive the finish we’ve become known for, with the goal to construct a minimum of 100 homes each year. Since our establishment, we have expanded from our home county, building homes in adjoining counties such as Herefordshire.
