Consumers Code | Fletcher Homes

Your home, built with love

Ensuring you’re completely satisfied and love your new home is of paramount importance to us. We not only want you to feel excited by the opportunities that await you within your home, but we also want to know we’ve always done a fantastic job. We achieve this by following the Consumer Code for New Homes.

The Consumer Code for New Homes was established in 2020 and applies to all developers who are registered with one of the UK’s primary Home Warranty Bodies. These are NHBC, Premier Guarantee and LABC Warranty. All Fletcher Home properties come complete with a 10-year NHBC Warranty – learn more about what this includes. The purpose of this scheme is to ensure that customers are provided with all the information they need regarding important phases of their home, for example the timescale of your home build.

Added protection for your home

The Consumer Code for New Builds provides protection for the purchase of your new home, giving added peace of mind before you invest.

A scheme developed by industry leaders

The scheme was devised by leading house builders, construction industry groups and the government with the interest of buyers in mind.

Protection for each stage of your purchase

From your pre-contract phase to exchanging your contract and even post move-in, the Consumer Code covers you at every stage.

What is the Consumer Code?
