As the festive season approaches, we at Fletcher Homes want to ensure our homeowners and visitors have all the details about our Christmas opening hours for our developments and head office. Even though it’s Christmas, we’re still here for you should you need us!
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our homeowners and visitors throughout 2024. We wish you a Merry Christmas and best wishes for 2025.
Below is an overview of the opening and closing times for our head office and developments at Miller’s Gate, Florence Fields, and Guinevere Park.
Head Office – Customer Care & After Sales
Our Head Office will be:
- Closing: Monday 23rd December at 5.00pm
- Re-opening: Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 8.30am

Leave details of the emergency and a contact number, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

- Open: Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd December
- Closed: Friday 27th December
- Open: Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th December
- Re-opening as normal: Friday 3rd January 2025
Florence Fields – Leintwardine
- Closed: Friday 20th December
- Open: Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd December
- Closed: Monday 23rd December
- Closed: Friday 27th December
- Open: Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th December
- Re-opening as normal: Friday 3rd January 2025
Guinevere Park – Oswestry
- Closed: Monday 23rd December
- Closed: Friday 27th December
