*Terms and Conditions apply. If you have a home to sell, we will instruct our partner, Bowen Son and Watson to carry out a valuation on your existing property. Upon acceptance of the valuation by the purchaser and legal completion of the plot, Fletcher Homes agree to pay Bowen Son & Watson’s selling fee. If the purchase does not proceed, then the fee will not be payable.
Only one property can be marketed via the Assisted Sale service. Our valuation fees are as follows:
Up to £200k = £1,800 includes VAT
Up to £300k = £2,400 includes VAT
Up to £400k = £3,000 includes VAT
Up to £500k = £3,600 includes VAT
The selling agent fee will be deducted from the cashback of up to £7,500 fee, leaving a cash back balance payable to the purchaser on legal completion.
The valuation must be carried out and acceptance provided by the purchaser prior to the plot being reserved. The incentives will be clearly listed on the reservation and CML form.
